Land Mines, Amputees, Holy Thursday- Cambodia

I am in  Phnom Penh, Cambodia with the Maryknoll Sisters. Today is Holy Thursday and I met a man on the street begging who lost his legs in a landmine.  I knelt down in front of him, spoke a few words , looked in his eyes and gave him some money. This was my Holy Thursday   “washing of the feet”.

“Moments of Grace” is the theme of our program  here in Borneo, Indonesia as we work with men and women in religious communities, seminaries and formation houses.  We are exploring the momentum of making a vertical leap in Christ Consciousness – into the unitive state of deep relationalIty and “inter-being” with the entire community of life.
