Enjoy the delicious, natural sweetness of our Monastery Maple Syrup. We collect our sap in buckets, the old fashioned way, and then boil the sap in small batches over a wood fire until the sap thickens and turns into the dark, rich maple syrup which we bottle and send to your home.
On the average it takes 40 gallons of sap to make one gallon of pure maple syrup! We call it liquid gold. We hope you enjoy its richness and distinct flavor given as a gift from our Vermont trees.
